Responsibilities:
- Providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support
- Resolving complex customer issues

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Customer Support and Field Service, with experience in handling customer inquiries and providing effective resolutions
- Demonstrated skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to analyze and resolve system-related issues efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience in leading or contributing to cross-functional problem-solving efforts
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in deploying and supporting SaaS solutions and knowledge of the healthcare or public sector industry is a plus
