Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic direction and execution of the Enliven Health Clinical Portfolio, delivering measurable customer value, revenue growth, go‑to‑market execution, and business results while enabling strong product leadership across teams
- Provide leadership and direction to Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring clarity of priorities, strong decision‑making, and effective executionDevelop, prioritize, and evolve product roadmaps grounded in customer insights, market dynamics, competitive analysis, and financial impactDrive toward outcome‑oriented work that supports revenue growth, customer adoption, and measurable impactBalance stewardship of mature products with strategies to accelerate emerging offerings into scalable growth driversIdentify, manage, and mitigate cross‑team dependencies and delivery risks across complex initiativesDevelop compelling business cases, value propositions, and strategic narratives to support investment and prioritization decisionsEngage directly with customers and prospects to validate strategy, test assumptions, and inform go‑to‑market executionCommunicate product vision, portfolio direction, and success metrics during planning cycles and leadership forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years Product Management
- Experience in a healthcare/clinical environment required, with pharmacy preferred
- Industry experience in healthcare, clinical solutions, pharmacy services, or regulated SaaS environments
- Strong business orientation, with experience driving revenue growth, commercialization, or portfolio performance
- Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, measurable business and customer outcomes
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to identify problems and propose data‑driven solutions
- Experience using analytics, insights, and market data to guide prioritization and product decisions
