Director of Product Management (AI)

Confidential Jobs is seeking a strategic Product Leader to drive innovation in AI. In this role, you will manage product roadmaps, lead a team of Product Managers, and balance user needs with technical feasibility to deliver data-driven digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage lean product roadmaps focused on high-impact, minimal viable scope
• Manage a team of Product Managers and help build the vision of the product(s)
• Drive agile execution, leading ceremonies and ensuring short, data-driven feedback cycles
• Manage complex stakeholder expectations across the organization, clearly communicating trade-offs and MVP outcomes from the frontline to the C-suite
• Collaborate cross-functionally to test hypotheses, champion A/B testing, and refine solutions based on real user feedback
