CGL Consulting Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Clinical Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of a product that integrates with EHR systems. The role involves owning product definition, leading EHR integration requirements, and ensuring successful deployment while balancing regulatory standards and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own EHR-integrated mental health product definition; map provider workflows to embed ambient AI/voice tech seamlessly; translate cross-functional needs into strategy/roadmap and drive real clinician adoption
- Lead Epic-focused EHR integration requirements (FHIR/SMART on FHIR/OAuth); partner with engineering on API/workflow scoping; resolve real-world integration pain points (IT approvals, security reviews) and ensure scalable, secure deployment
- Write PRDs/user stories/specs; collaborate with engineering to deliver features with clear success metrics; run clinician user discovery; balance startup speed with healthcare regulatory quality standards; iterate via pilot/usage data and pain points
- Own/influence clinician-facing UX; create wireframes/prototypes for simple, low-cognitive-load workflows; design for trust and minimal disruption; support lightweight design/prototyping as needed
- Cross-functional collaboration to drive successful post-sale deployment; solve onboarding/engagement/IT blocker pain points and build repeatable go-live processes
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs healthcare/digital health/EHR product management experience
- Deep understanding of clinical/provider workflows in care settings
- EHR/clinical documentation/interoperability product experience; working knowledge of Epic ecosystem
- Familiarity with FHIR/SMART on FHIR/OAuth and healthcare interoperability fundamentals
- Proven ability to write product requirements and partner with engineering on production-ready delivery
- Experience with user discovery and turning ambiguous workflow problems into clear product direction
- Strong cross-stakeholder communication (clinicians, engineers, hospital IT, execs)
- Startup agility: high ownership, fast iteration, comfort with incomplete information
