Senior Project Manager

GH Engage is a contractor with over 30 years of industry experience, seeking a Senior Project Manager – Mechanical to oversee large-scale healthcare and higher education construction projects. The role involves managing all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical construction projects in the healthcare and higher education sectors
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
• Manage multiple project scopes, ensuring seamless execution across all phases

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects with a total value exceeding $25M concurrently
• Strong experience in sheet metal and HVAC systems is required
• Background in healthcare and/or higher education construction
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel as required for project assignments
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
