Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET backend development, hands-on experience in Angular, and solid knowledge of AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead distributed teams, drive solution architecture, and ensure high-quality delivery within an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent
  (or 3 years of progressive IT experience in lieu of each year of education)
• 12+ years of overall IT experience, primarily in backend engineering and enterprise application development
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • .NET Core / .NET Framework
  • API development and Microservices architecture
• Practical development experience with:
  • Angular (components, services)
• Working experience with:
  • AWS Cloud services
  • Kafka

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of deep expertise in .NET backend development with team leadership experience
• Proven experience delivering applications using .NET + Angular stack in Agile/Scrum environments
• 2+ years of AWS experience, including:
  • EKS
  • CloudWatch
  • SQS
  • Glue
  • DocumentDB
• At least 4 years of experience in SAFe/Scrum Agile frameworks, with strong understanding of Agile ceremonies
• Experience managing:
  • Development KPIs and metrics
  • Ensuring defect-free deployments

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, including:
  • Logging
  • Exception handling
  • Scalability best practices
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools:
  • Swagger
  • Postman
  • SoapUI
  • Thunder Client
• Database knowledge:
  • SQL Server
  • AWS Aurora (PostgreSQL)
• Experience working in CI/CD environments using:
  • Jenkins
  • TeamCity
  • Octopus Deploy
• Ability to:
  • Build reusable frameworks and components
  • Follow enterprise reference architectures
