Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have requested information
• Conduct virtual client conversations (Zoom or phone)
• Follow a structured, service-based process
• Learn and apply company systems and tools
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Build and maintain professional client relationships

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Ability to manage time and schedule independently
