Personal Lines Product Development Manager

Farmers Insurance is a company that focuses on delivering peace of mind and making a real difference in people’s lives. They are seeking a Personal Lines Product Development Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of product changes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with various departments for improved quality and timeliness of change implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as project lead, driving key business decisions & coordinating with stakeholders for alignment and on time delivery
• Leads resolution of issues that require coordination with various company departments
• Identify areas of improvement, initiate change and lead the effort that will result in an improved product change implementation process
• Represent the product group in various company projects
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Mathematical or Statistical experience
• Ten years experience in similar role, or Graduate degree and four years experience in similar role Industry
• Leading Expertise in area of Profession
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient PC Skills, including Excel, Access, Word and basic programming for statistical purposes
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in mathematical or statistical field preferred
• Masters degree preferred
