AI Agent Engineer- W2 || 100% Remote

Vaiticka Solution is seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize intelligent data agents using modern AI frameworks and tools. The role involves building agent orchestration workflows, integrating large language models with enterprise data pipelines, and optimizing agent performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage agent orchestration workflows using frameworks like LangGraph
• Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) with enterprise data pipelines
• Configure Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) approvals and governance guardrails
• Implement agent observability, monitoring, and telemetry
• Optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development
• Hands-on with LangGraph and LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI)
• Expertise in prompt engineering and agent design patterns
• Experience with Databricks and data engineering workflows
• Prior experience in AI/Agent-based systems is highly preferred
