Exol is pioneering fulfillment-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. The Inside Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and securing initial meetings for the senior sales executives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically map and penetrate target enterprise accounts through personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns (call, email, social)
- Become an expert at uncovering customer pain points, qualifying high-potential inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile
- Master the Exol value proposition, articulating how our automated warehousing solutions solve critical business challenges for prospective clients
- Secure qualified discovery meetings for our Enterprise sales team, creating a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Collaborate directly with sales and marketing leadership to continuously refine our outreach strategies and messaging
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for pipeline generation and qualified meetings
- Meticulously track prospect interactions and data in our CRM to provide key intelligence to the entire commercial organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in a high-velocity SDR or BDR role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven success in sales, lead generation, or business development roles is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools, including HubSpot
- Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
- The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis
