One Eighty Collective is a PE-backed vertical SaaS company that builds cloud-based management software for deathcare services. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to deliver product demos, support sales teams, and contribute to the development of sales enablement content.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver deep-dive product demos for mid-market and enterprise deals after AEs complete discovery
- Be the product expert AEs lean on throughout the sales cycle
- Keep demo environments fresh with bi-weekly product releases
- Own the feedback loop between sales and product teams
- Build sales enablement content and demo playbooks from scratch
Requirements:
- Solutions Engineer or Solutions Consultant experience
- Experience delivering product demos that close deals
- Ability to translate complex software into clear value for diverse stakeholders
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Product Specialist, or Solutions Consultant at 2-3 companies
- Sales-oriented mindset with technical enablement experience
- Experience thriving in startup or growth-stage environments
- Ability to discuss integrations, APIs, and data migration without needing to code
- Ability to adjust communication style based on audience (CFO, cemetery director, IT lead)
- Experience with HubSpot, Attention, or similar CRM/AI tools
- Curiosity about how agentic AI is reshaping SaaS products
- Experience selling into traditional industries undergoing digital transformation
