The role involves communicating with clients, explaining services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records while delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients via phone and email
- Clearly explain company services, processes, and solutions
- Listen carefully to customer needs and accurately document information
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up with clients throughout the service process and address any concerns
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Must be based in the United States (outside of New York)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
- Proficiency with computers and tools such as Google Workspace
