They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support insurance or risk management systems, with responsibilities including gathering business requirements and configuring SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting insurance or risk management systems
- Experience with Origami Risk preferred (nice to have)
- Solid understanding of insurance operations, including:
- Claims lifecycle (GL, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Property, etc.)
- Policy and coverage management
- Certificates of Insurance (COI)

- Handling and interpreting claim files from Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and configuring SaaS platforms
Requirements:
