Mixpanel is a leader in analytics, trusted by over 29,000 companies. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to launch new features, shape messaging, and ensure products resonate with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features and product enhancements
- Develop clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning that highlights the value and differentiation of Mixpanel’s platform
- Conduct research to uncover customer pain points, market trends, and competitive intel. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials
- Create high-quality collateral such as product briefs, use cases, and training materials to empower sales teams
- Develop resources like battlecards, FAQs, and pitch decks to support feature adoption and sales efforts
- Partner with demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to contribute to integrated campaigns that drive feature awareness and adoption
- Track and analyze the performance of feature launches, adjusting strategies and messaging as needed to optimize impact
- Advocate for the customer by bringing their voice into messaging and product-related initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS or analytics platforms
- Experience with go-to-market planning, messaging, and launching features
- Excellent writing and content creation abilities, with a focus on crafting compelling narratives
- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze customer and market insights
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering results
- Knowledge of product analytics or similar tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus
