Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to contribute to their digital product initiatives. The role involves supporting strategic execution, cross-functional engagement, and ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support role for senior product leadership, driving alignment on key initiatives and priorities
- Coordinate across teams to ensure digital product initiatives stay on track and aligned with FedEx’s broader strategy
- Assist in creating and executing strategic go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally with business and product teams
- Serve as the engagement specialist—owning stakeholder alignment across engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and operations
- Assist in preparing executive-level updates, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress on high-priority projects
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to remove roadblocks and improve efficiency in execution
- Support data analysis, competitive research, and user insights to inform product decisions
- Assist in prioritizing new features, orchestrating product development, and tracking outcomes
- Ensure seamless execution by supporting Agile ceremonies, writing product documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations
