Partner Security Solutions Engineer

The Partner Solutions Engineer will act as a vital link between Cisco and its partners, enabling them to build the necessary skills to deliver exceptional outcomes in the Age of AI.

Responsibilities:

• Help empower our partner community
• Learn how to enable and support our partners
• Assist partners in building the skills they need to deliver outcomes for customers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as network engineering, IT support, or pre-sales (including internships or co-op experience)
• 4+ years of foundational knowledge in at least one core technology area (e.g., Networking, Security, Collaboration)
• Proven interest in teaching, training, and enabling others
• 3+ years of communication and presentation skills with internal partners or external customers
• Experience in a customer- or partner-facing role is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or competitor technologies
• Entry-level industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, DevNet Associate)
• You are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
