Director of AI Product Management, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD

Crossover is a company focused on transforming education through artificial intelligence. They are seeking a Director of AI Product Management to oversee the evolution of their AI-driven learning platform, making critical technical decisions and driving innovation in education.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the CTO for one or more education products, owning critical capabilities and generating business impact through flawless execution and strategic leadership
• Building and applying comprehensive education product knowledge to inform strategic choices
• Creating technical specifications that resolve critical technical decisions while prioritizing simplicity, performance, and sustainability
• Deploying generative AI capabilities to automate and optimize engineering workflows, in alignment with the strategic goal of minimizing manual effort

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience making the important architecture and design decisions on software projects, such as the application of architecture design patterns or significant open source technologies
• 4+ years of experience in positions with full technical and delivery ownership on a revenue-generating product
• Experience using AI agents to design, implement, and test software products or features
