Aisle and Abroad is seeking service-driven and detail-oriented individuals for a Customer Service Hospitality – Reservations role. This position focuses on assisting clients with coordinating reservations and providing a smooth customer experience. No prior experience is required, and training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with making and managing reservations for hotels, resorts, and travel-related services
- Provide clear and professional communication regarding booking details and availability
- Support the reservation process from inquiry through confirmation
- Review reservation information for accuracy, including dates and guest details
- Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications
- Provide follow-up support and respond to customer questions as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using online systems and reservation tools
- Ability to manage tasks independently
- Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
