TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, helping clients activate ideas and solutions. The role involves providing support for automation and systems related to Secrets and Privileged Access Management, including day-to-day operational support and assisting with the build and maintenance of capabilities and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for automation and support of systems that support Secrets and Privileged Access Management
• Do day-to-day operational support, onboarding systems/users to our capabilities, and assisting with the build and maintenance of capabilities and automation
• Support 'heartbeat' services - systems that provide services to Critical systems
• Support HashiCorp Vault services including LDAP Secrets, Static Secrets, Dynamic DB Secrets, Encryption as a Service, Vault Agent and syncing with AWS Secrets Manager
• Interface with applications via APIs using scripting for automation

Requirements:

• Experience with automation and support of systems that support Secrets and Privileged Access Management
• Experience with day-to-day operational support, onboarding systems/users to capabilities
• Experience with building and maintaining capabilities and automation
• Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions, specifically StrongDM, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault and its services including LDAP Secrets, Static Secrets, Dynamic DB Secrets, Encryption as a Service, Vault Agent, and syncing with AWS Secrets Manager
• Experience with scripting for automation (Python, Terraform, Powershell, etc.) and ability to interface with applications via APIs
• Experience supporting critical applications or infrastructure
• Experience with Secrets and/or PAM capabilities
• Strong IAM experience with broad knowledge
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience with AWS
• Coming from a developer background prior to IAM/PAM
