Growth Marketing Lead

Anchorage Digital is building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the growth marketing function, lead a high-performing team, and drive significant growth in a fast-moving, regulated industry.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifies, tests and scales new growth opportunities, leveraging emerging marketing technologies and best practices
• Develops and implements robust marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Leads the development and execution of the overall growth marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and revenue targets
• Manages complex marketing funnels, A/B testing frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve conversion rates
• Works cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and integrated marketing efforts
• Consistently delivers on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes directly to the company's revenue growth
• Actively listens to market feedback, customer insights, and team input to refine marketing strategies
• Contributes thought leadership and insights to the broader organization on market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth or demand generation
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant customer acquisition and revenue growth in a B2B crypto, fintech, or other complex/regulated industries
• Strong leadership experience, including direct management of marketing teams
• Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools, SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau)
• A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and campaign execution
