Shift model: Mon to Fri, potential weekends
Duration: 3-9 months.
1st shift between 7 am 7 pm, 2nd shift 3:15 11:45 pm support with weekend shifts if needed.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CMM Operator to perform precision inspections, calibration, and quality checks in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will operate CMM equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure components meet required specifications.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on CMM operation experience
- Ability to read blueprints and perform hand gage inspections
- Experience with measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform CMM inspections and calibrations
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment to verify specifications
- Document calibration and inspection results
- Interpret blueprints, codes, and standards
- Troubleshoot inspection equipment issues
- Conduct functional, mechanical, and visual inspections
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
- Generate structured inspection reports
