Technical Product Ops Manager (SQL, AI & LLM Training) | $80/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Senior Technical Product Operations Specialist to support execution strategy across multiple products. The role involves writing and optimizing SQL queries, building dashboards, leveraging AI tools for automation, and collaborating with various teams to improve product quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution strategy across multiple products, including 0→1 initiatives and scaling ongoing programs
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations) for data analysis
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
• Leverage AI tools and agents to automate workflows and accelerate analysis
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate updates across cross-functional teams
• Drive program management efforts to improve product quality, execution speed, and outcomes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams
• Contribute to LLM training workflows, including data labeling and evaluation

Requirements:

• Strong years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program roles
• Strong SQL proficiency with experience handling complex data transformations
• Experience using AI tools/agents and LLM workflows (prompting, evaluation, labeling)
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets: formulas, pivots, automation)
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data annotation/labeling and LLM training workflows
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management
