Acumenz Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and support projects across Oracle Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects (Initiation to Go-Live and Hypercare)
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Drive requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and CRP sessions
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams (ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance)
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation methodology (OUM / AIM / Hybrid Agile)
- Manage client communication and executive stakeholder reporting
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning
- Identify and mitigate risks and ensure timely issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards
Requirements:
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years managing Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, Financials, HCM, SCM)
- Experience with SaaS implementation lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing offshore/onshore teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP / CAPM certification preferred
- Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC)
- Knowledge of data migration tools and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Experience in Finance or Supply Chain domain
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
