Responsibilities:
- Consult with individuals and families to assess their financial protection needs
- Present tailored solutions that genuinely protect what matters most to your clients
- Build and manage your own client pipeline using our proven prospecting system
- Conduct virtual consultations and deliver recommendations with confidence
- Follow up with warm leads provided through our system
- Maintain client relationships for long-term book-of-business growth
- Participate in ongoing training, team calls, and mentorship sessions
Requirements:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven system
- Relevant state license required OR willingness to obtain (we provide full guidance and support)
