Hoan Marketing is a nonprofit-focused marketing agency that aims to provide impactful marketing solutions similar to those of larger businesses. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to act as a strategic partner for nonprofit collaborators, helping to create content and drive performance through innovative digital execution.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Brainstorm, design, and write engaging content for a variety of platforms
- Social Media Management: Post content and moderate channels to meet monthly benchmarks
- Email Marketing Management: Create effective email outreach campaigns for mass distribution
- Copywriting: Plan and write long-form content for use in blog posts, emails, and elsewhere
- Website Updates: Update content on WordPress websites as needed
- Research: Stay up-to-date on industry, competitor, and internal trends to identify new opportunities
- General Support: As needed, assist with other marketing tasks for Hoan Marketing and clients
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in at least some of the following: graphic design, copywriting, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Including Canva, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more
- Able to prioritize and balance multiple projects and deadlines at one time
- Consistent and timely updates via meetings, calls, email, and online chat
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and results-driven
- Maintains a positive attitude, and an openness to feedback and growth
- Passionate about social justice organizations and digital story-telling
