Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Technical Program Manager I for their hardware team. The role involves driving Industrial Design and Color, Material, Finish deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing program schedules for hardware programs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Industrial Design (ID) and Color, Material, Finish (CMF) deliverables across hardware programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including ID, CMF, engineering, reliability, and operations
- Develop and manage program schedules, including development, delivery, and qualification timelines
- Oversee configuration delivery for development builds and ensure readiness for mass production
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage vendor coordination including tooling schedules and design execution
- Maintain program documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Support resource planning and optimize program structure for efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong years of experience in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or related fields
- Experience in hardware or consumer product development
- Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Familiarity with Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) processes and color management
- Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments; big tech experience preferred
