The Plumtree Group Global is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead AI engagements across multiple clients, driving strategy, execution, and delivery. The role requires a hands-on approach with AI tools, translating client needs into actionable solutions while managing project outcomes and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own success metrics for each engagement (ROI, adoption, efficiency gains)
- Translate vague client needs into clear, actionable AI solutions
- Push clients toward better decisions—even when uncomfortable
- Work with AI engineers to shape solutions (agents, automations, ML systems)
- Rapidly validate ideas through POCs and prototypes
- Use AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation platforms, no-code tools) to:
- Build quick demos
- Validate workflows
- Show clients tangible progress early
- Lead multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
- Operate within structured delivery frameworks (Agile or similar), ensuring clarity in scope, prioritization, and execution
- Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or similar) to manage tasks, track progress, and maintain visibility across projects
- Drive weekly progress, unblock teams, and maintain momentum
- Proactiveness and ability to get work done without requiring close follow-ups
- Contribute to internal process improvements and efficiencies
- Act as a trusted advisor, not just a point of contact
- Run sharp, outcome-driven client conversations
- Align leadership teams around priorities and trade-offs
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across client workflows
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across engagements
- Challenge assumptions (internally and externally)
- Surface insights that improve both client outcomes and CoPilot’s playbooks
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 4-6 years
- Owns client outcomes end-to-end
- Thinks like a consultant + operator
- Is comfortable getting hands-on with AI tools and prototypes
- Can translate ambiguity into execution
- Lead AI engagements across multiple clients, driving strategy, execution, and delivery while working closely with engineers, designers, and leadership

- Understand what AI can/cannot do
- Be comfortable experimenting with LLMs, Automation tools, Basic prompt engineering/workflows
- Can move from idea → prototype → shipped solution quickly
- Strong communication (written + verbal)
- Can run structured problem-solving with clients
- Comfortable working with structured workflows, sprint-based execution, and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
