Product Designer

Team Concepts, Inc. is a global leadership development and consulting firm dedicated to inspiring high-performance teams across various industries. They are seeking a Product Designer who will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, focusing on user-centered designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, including visual design, product design, and user research
• Create intuitive, user-centered designs
• Conduct design thinking workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct user research to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design to craft user-friendly interfaces and impactful digital solutions
• Strong expertise in Design Thinking and collaboration to ideate and develop innovative solutions
• Experience with User Research and UX Research to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable design concepts
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
