Responsibilities:

• Learn the business inside out. Sit in on founder calls, client meetings, and investor updates from week one
• Lead or build delivery. Whether through managing accounts directly or engineering the tools that power them, you'll be accountable for how value gets created and delivered
• Scale the team or the stack. Help grow and develop our Philippines-based operations crew, or build the automation and tooling layer that makes the whole operation run faster and smarter
• Drive growth. Contribute directly to scaling revenue through stronger processes, sharper systems, and great client relationships
• Shape how we work. You'll have a genuine voice in how this company operates and evolves
