Project Manager (Non-IT)

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile/Scrum or PMP methodologies to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive successful project delivery. The role involves defining project scope, managing resources and budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project plans, resources, and budgets effectively
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to align project objectives with business goals
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices
• Monitor financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
• Analyze project outcomes and drive continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum or PMP methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking
• Exposure to compliance support and data analytics
• PMP certification or Scrum Master experience
