About this role
Alpha Hub is a trailblazing subsidiary of Konzortia Capital, focused on transforming private capital markets. They are seeking a hands-on UI/UX Designer to shape the design execution of their MVP, combining product vision, user research, and design delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide product decisions
- Translate business and product goals into user-centered design strategies
- Develop user personas, journeys, and workflows to ensure seamless experiences
- Own end-to-end design for Alpha Hub’s MVP: wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI
- Create design systems and component libraries for consistent branding and usability
- Ensure designs are intuitive, modern, and accessible across devices
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business priorities
- Provide clear handoffs with detailed specifications, style guides, and design assets
- Collaborate with engineering during implementation to preserve design integrity
- Run usability tests to validate assumptions and refine designs
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product
- Balance speed and quality to deliver designs in sync with sprint cycles
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Ability to create responsive, mobile-first designs with a focus on accessibility
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and interaction design
- Experience working in agile teams with product and engineering counterparts
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant user flows
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and layout
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in SaaS or marketplace platforms
- Experience designing for fintech, investment platforms, or B2B applications
- Familiarity with design systems and component-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
