AnywhereWorks is a company focused on building products that genuinely matter and improve people's lives. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end user journeys, creating high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborating with various teams to ensure quality and feasibility of designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user journeys and flows across the applications, web, desktop, mobile
- Break down complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interaction models to explore and validate ideas
- Think deeply about usability, accessibility, and clarity at every step of the experience
- Consider real-world usage: first-time users, edge cases, error states, and empty states
- Use feedback, research, and data (where available) to iterate and improve designs
- Design high-fidelity interfaces that are clean, consistent, and visually refined
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color to improve usability
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and patterns
- Ensure designs align with platform conventions (iOS / Android / responsive)
- Deliver production-ready designs that engineers can easily implement
- Work closely with product, brand and development managers to shape requirements and scope
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, clear, and well executed
- Provide design guidance during development and QA to maintain quality
- Contribute to and evolve our design system as the product grows
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer shipping production apps across web, desktop, iOS, and Android (responsive web + native mobile)
- Advanced mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Modes, interactive prototypes, FigJam, and advanced branching/versioning workflows)
- Strong experience building, evolving, and maintaining design systems at scale (component libraries, token systems, documentation, and handoff processes)
- Deep knowledge of modern design tooling and workflows: Storybook, Zeplin/Luna, Principle or Framer for advanced prototyping, and collaborative tools like Miro/Mural
- Solid understanding of platform conventions and responsive systems, including: Apple Human Interface Guidelines (iOS/macOS); Google Material Design 3; Modern web standards (CSS Grid/Flexbox, mobile-first responsive patterns)
- Portfolio that clearly shows shipped, measurable products (not just mockups or marketing concepts) with before/after case studies
- Hands-on experience with front-end code — React, TailwindCSS, HTML/CSS, or any modern component-based framework
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA) and how to design for them from day one
