The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager IV to lead end-to-end delivery of B2B and A2A migration initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale integration and migration efforts while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and successful transitions to target-state architectures.
Responsibilities:
- This role is accountable for planning and executing complex B2B and A2A migration programs across multiple systems and stakeholders
- Define and lead migration strategy, including wave planning, sequencing, and cutover approach
- Develop and manage integrated project plans covering applications, interfaces, data, and partner connections
- Coordinate across internal application teams, integration platforms, middleware, and external partners
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of B2B and A2A integrations, including build, test, migration, and validation
- Oversee data mapping, transformation, and interface validation activities in collaboration with technical teams
- Drive readiness for migration events, including go no go checkpoints and stakeholder alignment
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across systems and partner integrations
- Implement governance through structured reporting, dashboards, and escalation protocols
- Provide clear, executive-level communication on migration status, risks, and progress
- Lead post-migration validation, stabilization, and issue resolution activities
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on system integrations and migrations
- Proven experience leading B2B and A2A integration or migration initiatives across enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, including APIs, middleware, messaging, and file-based transfers
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies
- Experience operating within structured PMO governance frameworks
- Strong risk management, dependency management, and critical path planning expertise
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Foundational education and credentials supporting strong delivery discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Additional experience that strengthens success in complex, partner-integrated environments
- Experience working within financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware technologies
- Experience managing external partner integrations and third-party vendor coordination
- Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation processes
- Experience leveraging enterprise tools to support structured delivery, integration tracking, and collaboration
- Experience with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools, including: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools, TargetProcess preferred
