Compunnel Inc. is focused on helping grow restaurant reservations and the 'Going Out' business. The Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager will create and run marketing campaigns with restaurant partners, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and use data to track performance and improve results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 20–30 marketing campaigns at the same time for top restaurant partners
- Build and execute campaigns across: Ads (paid media), Promotions, CRM (emails, notifications), In-app marketing
- Write campaign strategies and briefs
- Coordinate with teams like sales, analytics, product, and marketing
- Track results and report performance
- Create custom co-marketing plans for key restaurant partners
- Scale successful campaigns to other restaurants
- Use data to: Improve customer growth, Increase orders, Boost profitability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (brand, media, or integrated marketing)
- Strong organizational skills (handling many campaigns at once)
- Comfortable working with details and big-picture strategy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset (you use data to make decisions)
- Creative problem-solver who can work with limited resources
- Experience working with multiple teams (cross-functional collaboration)
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
