Bamboo Rose is a company specializing in retail product development and supply chain management. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to drive product marketing efforts, translating product innovation into market messaging and enabling go-to-market teams with necessary tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear, differentiated market narrative for the TotalPLM platform
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Ensure consistency of messaging across Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Build core enablement assets including sales decks, datasheets, use cases, and product content
- Support go-to-market readiness and product launches
- Drive internal alignment on product capabilities and value
- Develop customer-facing product marketing content to communicate new features and drive adoption
- Support go-to-market initiatives including webinars and industry events by developing messaging, presentations, and sales enablement assets
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent product narratives in customer-facing settings
- Capture insights from campaigns and customer interactions to inform messaging and positioning
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and category shifts
- Create battlecards and competitive positioning frameworks
- Deliver win/loss insights to inform strategy
- Support analyst briefings and engagement
- Contribute to thought leadership and market-facing content
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Translate product innovation into customer-relevant narratives
- Support broader GTM initiatives and strategic campaigns
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related go-to-market role
- Strong product + domain fluency with retail tech or adjacent industry preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex products into clear messaging
- Highly motivated self-starter with an energetic, proactive approach and a builder mindset, able to take ownership and drive execution from idea to impact
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills
- Experience supporting webinars, events, or event-driven campaigns is a plus
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market and competitive insights
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, or competitive analysis
