HireTalent is partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Field / Sales Marketing professional to support high-impact campaigns focused on sales enablement and agent education. This role involves leading the development and deployment of marketing materials and coordinating across various teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and deployment of agent-facing educational and marketing materials
- Support campaigns across a full product portfolio and priority initiatives
- Review deliverables to ensure alignment with creative briefs and messaging frameworks
- Coordinate brand, stakeholder, and leadership reviews for marketing assets
- Manage materials including webinars, emails, landing pages, and one-pagers
- Partner with creative, legal, compliance, and business teams
- Own project timelines and ensure on-time campaign launches
- Track progress using project management and workflow tools
- Provide clear status updates and keep stakeholders aligned
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or sales marketing
- Strong background supporting marketing content development and campaign execution
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently within structured processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion for improving customer and agent experiences
- Experience with Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar tools
- Agency or in-house creative team experience
- Copyediting or creative review background
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, insurance, financial services)
- Sales enablement or agent marketing experience
