Russell Tobin is seeking an Associate Manager for their Consumer Integrated Marketing team to support the growth of the In-Store and Reservations business. The role involves overseeing integrated co-marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and applying a data-driven approach to optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 20–30 concurrent integrated campaigns per quarter for top Reservations merchant partners
- Lead the execution and optimization of co‑marketing playbooks to attract and retain high‑value merchant partners
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch campaigns across paid media, promotions, CRM, and in‑app channels
- Write creative and strategic briefs, set marketing strategy, oversee go‑to‑market deployment, and deliver comprehensive impact reporting
- Drive cross‑functional alignment and provide regular campaign status updates to stakeholders across sales, marketing, strategy & operations, and analytics
- Develop customized co‑marketing strategies for one top Reservations merchant partner per quarter, scaling successful approaches to future SMB acquisitions
- Apply a data‑first approach to setting campaign goals and optimizing performance to improve profitability, order volume, and new customer acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally spanning integrated marketing, brand, and media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage at a detailed, executional level
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross‑functional partners, and external stakeholders
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, building from the ground up, and finding innovative solutions with limited resources
