Senior Commercial Project Manager

The Senior Commercial Project Manager will play a critical role in managing complex cross-functional projects, establishing operational infrastructure, and ensuring high-impact work aligns with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and delivery of cross‑functional commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and on‑time execution
• Partner with stakeholders to scope project requirements, estimate resource needs, and develop actionable project timelines
• Build and manage a formal intake and prioritization process for Commercial Operations, ensuring clarity on project requests, business impact, and resource allocation
• Develop a prioritization framework (e.g., ROI, effort, alignment) to objectively evaluate and rank initiatives for Commercial Operations leadership
• Monitor team capacity, workload, and milestones to inform resource planning and recommend adjustments as needed
• Define KPIs to track project success, throughput, and operational performance
• Act as a key connector between Commercial Operations and Technology project management teams to ensure coordinated execution
• Communicate project timelines, risks, and status updates clearly to stakeholders and resolve issues that may impact delivery
• Influence cross‑functional alignment by providing data‑driven recommendations and facilitating decision‑making in a matrixed environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in project management or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with technology release schedules
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment
• Experience developing workflows, intake processes, or operational systems using tools such as Jira or similar platforms
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, including the ability to navigate competing priorities
• Experience in biotech, diagnostics, medical device, life sciences, or related industries preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
