Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to work for one of our top global tech clients. This role owns end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across B2B2C initiatives, partnering closely with internal teams and external merchant partners to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of 20–30 concurrent integrated marketing campaigns per quarter
- Develop and implement co-marketing strategies with top Reservations merchant partners
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels including paid media, CRM, promotions, and in-app placements
- Create campaign briefs, define go-to-market strategies, and oversee execution from planning through launch
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against key business objectives
- Use data to optimize campaigns and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and profitability
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Strategy & Operations, Product, Analytics, and Marketing
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, growth marketing, or brand/media strategy
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and go-to-market execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Experience in B2B2C or marketplace business models
- Background in co-marketing or partner marketing
- Familiarity with CRM and performance marketing channels
