Senior Payment Operations Analyst

The Senior Payment Operations Analyst will drive the operation and execution of transactional global payments, work across organizations to resolve financial issues, and ensure compliance with data privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with vendors to implement new payment methods and troubleshoot existing ones
• Provide clear communication to partners regarding launches and issue resolution
• Reconcile transactions on a monthly basis
• Troubleshoot any internal and external payment related issues stemming from our platformDemonstrates comprehensive understanding of financial systems, databases, and reporting tools; provides oversight as needed
• Audit data outputs and ensures accuracy using various financial systems
• Lead complex information-sharing processes across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality guidelines
• Create and maintain SOP's (Standard operating procedures) to ensure accurate and up to date procedures related to our daily operational tasks
• Initiate and support projects to address business gaps and improve performance
• Inspire peers and foster an environment that rewards self-starters
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term goals; manages multiple overlapping timelines and competing priorities
• Assess market conditions to determine priorities and investment levels
• Create measures and tools to maximize resource utilization and operational efficiency
• Design and implement departmental improvements impacting quality of products, services, and processes
• Serve as an expert in continuous improvement; tracks and monitors quality metrics
• Execute tasks with diligence and precision, minimizing errors
• Identify interdependencies across teams and recommends process improvements
• Lead implementation teams for new ideas and approaches; analyzes impact of improvements
• Diagnose root causes and leads short-term resolution efforts
• Possess advanced data skills, including complex analysis, visualization, and interpretation
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to implement identified opportunities into operational processes
