About this role
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP S/4 Global Trade resource to support Project Leo, an initiative aimed at increasing global broadband access. The role involves managing end-to-end processes related to Customs management, Compliance management, and Sales order to billing processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and customer requirements related to SAP S/4 Global Trade process including and not limited to master data governance, Sales Order management, Pricing, Delivery and Billing to customer
- Develop feature design leveraging SAP S/4 RISE, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and GTS
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements for timely and successful delivery
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to align the product roadmap with business objectives
- Manage EDI integrations with external business partners (customer and vendor) and internal integration with Amazon Kuiper financial systems
- Participate actively in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and Training
- Drive product discussion vision, goals, and monthly business review with executives, focusing on business users' adoption and support user training
