CyberForce Global is a high-growth startup in the cybersecurity sector, seeking a Sales Engineer to support their sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical product features and enterprise buyers, ensuring a seamless sales experience through demonstrations and customer insights.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical win across the full sales cycle - from discovery through to proof of concept and close
- Deliver tailored product demos and technical presentations to security, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Lead and manage POCs, ensuring prospects experience clear, measurable value
- Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence requests
- Act as the voice of the customer internally -feeding product and engineering teams with real-world insights
- Support onboarding and handoff to Customer Success for a seamless post-sale experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales role within cybersecurity
- Hands-on technical background - comfortable engaging with security teams at a deep level
- Strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in or alongside early-stage, high-growth environments
- Self-sufficient, curious, and energised by solving hard problems in a fast-moving space
