What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations to deliver exceptional resident care

• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursing team

• Drive quality improvement and clinical excellence

• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents

• Guide the development of individualized care plans to improve resident outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license

• BSN preferred

• 3+ years of leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical operations

• A compassionate leader who motivates teams and builds strong relationships
