Role Detail
Joining the Technology Projects team, part of the wider Technology team of approximately 100 nationally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into clear and actionable requirements, capture ‘as is’ and model ‘to be’ business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and to ensure solutions meet project outcomes and deliver business value.
Reporting to the Technology Business Analyst Lead, with flexibility to be Melbourne or Sydney CBD based, key responsibilities include:

To become a trusted advisor, not just an intermediary, you will be a pragmatic problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to align technical solutions with the needs of the business to drive efficiencies and improve business performance.
As a clear communicator with an ability to make the complex simple, translating the non-technical into technical, and vice versa, you will liaise with various stakeholders, across various levels, needing a confidence that comes from experience. You will also bring:
