Senior Backend Engineer

Autonomai Recruitment is an early-stage fintech startup focused on building next-generation pricing infrastructure for the yield-bearing economy. They are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and develop high-performance backend systems and contribute to the core infrastructure that supports their platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance backend systems in Go
• Build and maintain automated liquidity pools and lending infrastructure
• Contribute to algorithmic market making and pricing engine components
• Architect scalable, reliable, and low-latency systems
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on product evolution and system design

Requirements:

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience
• Expertise in Go (primary language)
• Solid understanding of financial markets, fixed income, lending, or market making
• Experience building and operating low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones
• C++ experience highly desirable
• Rust is a plus
