About this role
The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure Security to support multiple initiatives. This role involves coordinating and managing project execution across mainframe and security tooling environments, ensuring projects remain aligned and effectively managed.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution and coordination across infrastructure security initiatives
- Support two Project Managers in managing infrastructure security projects and related deliverables
- Coordinate activities across mainframe and security tooling initiatives
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with delivery plans
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and action logs
- Facilitate team meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups to completion
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate
- Support reporting efforts, including preparation of status updates and dashboards
- Assist in ensuring alignment across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Drive organization and consistency across multiple concurrent workstreams
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate brings strong coordination experience within technical delivery environments
- 8+ years of experience in project management or project support roles
- Experience supporting technology or infrastructure-related initiatives
- Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, and documentation practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Additional experience that strengthens success in infrastructure and security-focused environments
- Exposure to infrastructure security, mainframe, or cybersecurity initiatives
- Experience working within enterprise or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting multiple project managers or programs concurrently
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
- Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent are preferred
- Experience leveraging enterprise tools to support coordination, tracking, and collaboration
- Experience with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools, including: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools, TargetProcess preferred
