One Spirit Learning Alliance is an interfaith/interspiritual learning community that trains and forms spiritual care providers for service, ministry, and leadership. They seek an experienced Fractional Marketing Strategist to provide strategic guidance and oversight for enrollment marketing, focusing on increasing inquiry generation and optimizing the enrollment funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and monthly prioritization for marketing activities aligned with enrollment goals
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising performance (Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn) with monthly metric reviews and actionable recommendations
- Oversee email marketing and social media channel messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Adjust focus and priorities as marketing needs, insights, and performance trends evolve throughout each cohort cycle
- Provide guidance on landing page structure, conversion optimization, and email sequences to improve enrollment decisions
- Partner with internal team to ensure messaging alignment across all marketing channels and campaign phases
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strategic marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in enrollment marketing or lead generation for educational/professional services organizations
- Proven track record managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) with focus on ROI, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytics mindset — ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend tactical adjustments based on performance metrics
- Experience developing or guiding enrollment funnels, email marketing strategies, and multi-channel campaign coordination
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working independently as a contract fractional resource and managing multiple clients/projects
- Familiarity with interfaith, spiritual, faith-based, or mission-driven organizations
