Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Active Directory Engineer to design, install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory environments. The role involves managing and maintaining the IDM, Linux, and AD infrastructure while developing innovative solutions to complex problems and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain the organization’s Windows Server and Active Directory-based environments to meet the business needs
- Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to manage and maintain the current IDM, Linux, and AD infrastructure
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, such as improving the current server configuration and infrastructure and migrating servers to current versions
- Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members
- Support the management, uptime, and lifecycle of the organizations Active Directory architecture
Requirements:
- Experience in management, uptime, and lifecycle of an organization's Active Directory architecture
- Experience with PowerShell automation
- Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP authentication and administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Service and Certificate Authority
- Ability to assist the server team with day-to-day operations
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience administrating Azure Active Directory and single sign-on
- Experience troubleshooting various Microsoft Windows Server platforms roles and features
- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Certification
