Atos Group is a global leader in digital transformation, and they are seeking a Technical Engineer responsible for incident management within the NG911 Network Operations Center. The role includes handling network and voice-related alarms/incidents and managing inquiries from customers, vendors, and third parties within the Atos NG911 ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Incident management within the NG911 Network Operations Center
- Handling Network and Voice related alarms/incidents
- Handling inquiries from customers, vendors and third parties that are part of the Atos NG911 ecosystem
- Working within a shift schedule
- Mandatory nights and weekend shift days to provide 24x7 coverage
Requirements:
- Must Have NG911 Experience
- Handling Network and Voice related alarms/incidents
- Handling inquiries from customers, vendors and third parties that are part of the Atos NG911 ecosystem
- Willingness to work within a shift schedule
- Nights and weekend shift days are mandatory as part of shift schedule to provide 24x7 coverage
- Staff must be in the Continental United States
