Product Manager I

IDR, Inc. is a company specializing in innovative digital solutions across various industries, and they are seeking a Product Manager I to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on managing digital products within an agile environment, refining product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product leadership to refine vision and strategy for your product area
• Collaborate with engineering and UX/research teams to execute discovery activities that highlight user needs and pain points
• Work closely with UX teams to create usable experiences validated through rapid feedback and usability testing iterations
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize appropriately, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic organization
• Utilize business acumen and problem-solving skills to lead the development of digital products from inception to launch

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on digital products
• Business acumen, insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead
• Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
• Experience partnering with engineering and UX/research teams to identify user needs and pain points
